Orders are prepared after confirmation and payment, where applicable. Fresh, chilled and frozen items are handled carefully to maintain product quality.

Product Substitutions

If an ordered item is unavailable, we may provide a similar substitute where appropriate. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, the item may be removed from the order and the amount adjusted according to the payment method used.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery during the estimated delivery time. For apartments or secured buildings, please provide complete access instructions when placing your order.

Perishable groceries should be collected promptly after delivery.

Missed or Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable building access, or no one being available to receive the order when required, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order contains a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, details of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

Customers selecting store pickup should wait until their order has been confirmed as ready before visiting the store. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting the order.
